Go to Start and click on Control Panel, bringing up this window.

Click on Hardware and Sound.

Under Devices and Printers click "Add a printer".

A window will pop up, click "Add a local printer".

Choose "Create a new port" and "Standard TCP/IP Port" under the drop-down and click next.

Type 129.93.93.9 under "Hostname or IP address" and click next.

A window will pop up searching for the printer port.

Click next when this window pops up.

Select "HP" under Manufacturer and "HP LaserJet 8150 PS" under Printers.  If that printer is not there click the Windows Update button to download the printer driver from Microsoft(This may take a few minutes to download everything - Be patient).  After printer is selected click Next.

Type in "Printer Lab" for the Printer name.

Printer is installed but we're not done yet.

Go back and click on "View devices and printers".

You should see this box.  Right click on Printer Lab and select "Printer Properties".

Choose the "Ports" tab at the top and click on "Configure Port..." button.

Check "LPR" button, enter Laptop under "Queue Name" and check the "LPR Byte Counting Enabled" checkbox.  Click OK and the printer is ready to go.
